Anish has been involved in hundreds of condo and villa sales in Sint Maarten, spanning 9 plus years experience in Sint Maarten real estate. Having previously operated a GBP20m a year linens import export business in UK in partnership with Amazon and multiple other ventures that offer you a vast library of intelligence.
In addition Anish has studied the mechanics of Asset Management and AI marketing; to offer you a real estate leader at the peak of his career. There really is no one better.
You are in safe hands, with his experience of procuring buyers for hotels (over 40 rooms) in Anguilla and Aruba, consulting with Developers to provide market comparatives and co-operating with Government institutions.
